At Nureva, we strive to ensure you're delighted with your purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in original condition with all packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@nureva.com with your order number.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.

Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it. Depending on your bank, an additional 1-3 business days may be required.

3. Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at support@nureva.com with details of the issue and proof of damage.

4. Sale Items

Only regular priced items can be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
